As executive director of CDTC, Renee directs the funding and resources for organizations bolstered by federal, state, and local backing, consistently breaking barriers in programming to champion a more holistic service approach.

Her commitment to the community is underlined by her "20 Under 40" award and nominations for various accolades, including the Cullen Center "Champion for Children" award.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Renee passionately serves as a board member of Autism GRACE of Lenawee Co., fortifying her deep-rooted connection with the Northwest Ohio community.
