Judges, magistrates, officers of the court and their staff often refer individuals appearing before them, requesting CDTC’s assistance to evaluate their needs.

Probation officers, prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys, and others involved with law enforcement also find our services beneficial to their clients.

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services has certified CDTC as the Forensic Center of Northwest Ohio as well as a certified Mental Health Agency in Lucas County.

We serve the various divisions of the U.S. Federal Court-Northern District of Ohio, the Northwest Ohio Courts of Common Pleas, and the region’s municipal courts.

In Lucas County, we also provide treatment to the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities, U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services, Lucas County Adult Probation Department, Lucas County Work Release Department, and the Lucas County Correctional Treatment Facility.
